What will my first visit be like?

We begin with an intake session which is essentially an introduction and also a chance for us to learn more about you – what brought you here and your medical history. Further to observation of the symptoms shared, your psychological & family history and other situational factors are discussed. We request to bring the prior treatment record, if any, including the discharge summaries or lab results etc. The average duration of this initial visit ranges from 45 minutes to an hour.

Do I need to come to the office for my visit for my psychiatry help?

At Vitality Wellness Health, we care about our patient’s comfort and well-being. So, we are providing an option for online consultation via Zoom or FaceTime application, so it is not necessary to visit our office. However, in case of a prescription of any controlled substance, a physical appointment might be required.

Even if you’re not insured, we ensure that you are taken care of by providing affordable options. If your insurance is not available in the below list of our accepted commercial insurances, contact us via call or email.

Do you treat children?

Currently, We are providing our services to people with(or above) 18 years of age.

How frequently would I need to see a psychiatric nurse practitioner?

Our specialists prepare the best treatment plan for everyone. The goal is to stabilize the symptoms, so every plan is customized as per the requirement.

How long are your sessions?

It depends on the condition of the patient. On average, the Initial or introductory sessions range from 45 minutes to an hour, whereas the later or follow-up sessions can take up to 20 minutes to half an hour.
